Personal data of customers or suppliers is processed by Aumatics B.V. for the following purpose (s):

Personal data of prospect and/or interested party is processed by Aumatics B.V. for the following purpose (s):

• Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted communication.

The basis for this personal data is: Verbal consent, issuance of a business card and/or via a link on Social Media;

For the above purpose (s), Aumatics B.V. may request the following personal data from you:

• Name;
• Address details;
• Telephone number;
• Email address;
• Relevant contact details

Your personal data is stored by Aumatics B.V. for the purposes of the above processing (s) for the period:

• During the period that people are seen as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party to:

• Taking care of the internet environment;
• Taking care of the (financial) administration;
• Providing newsletters and invitations;

We never share personal data with other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties unless this is required and permitted by law. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. • All persons who can access your data on behalf of Aumatics B.V. are obliged to maintain its confidentiality.

• We pseudonymise and encrypt personal data if there is reason to do so;

• We make backups of the personal data in order to restore it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
• We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
• Our employees have been informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to view, rectify or delete personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the information you provide to yourself or directly to another party on your behalf. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the above requests.

If we may process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly via info@aumatics.nl. If we cannot work it out with you, we will of course find this very annoying. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
